Crew Team in Training!

Making a difference in the sector with its quality of products and service as well as attaching importance to customer satisfaction and with its ever-growing and renewed organizational structure, Crew Restaurant Group launched a training program with Muammer Songur, who is a trainer and consultant for human resources of the largest cruise organizations of the world.
Assuming the responsibility for training the kitchen and service team of Crew Restaurant Group R&D kitchen and the brands of Timboo Cafe and La Gioia, Mr. Songur will work on the fields such as improving the product and service quality, raising qualified human resources, team work, personal development and motivation within the scope of this training program.
The quality of service and product of Crew Restaurant Group will further improve with the contributions of Muammer Songur, who has been serving as a manager in food and beverage sector for the last eighteen years, also provides consultancy services for lots of restaurants and hotels, lectures on Food & Wine at the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management of Eastern Mediterranean University whose accreditation has been approved all over the world and on Food & Beverage Management at AHLA and Bilkent University and serves also as the Turkish representative of Italy's largest school of cooking and culinary art, IFSE.
